This is a selection of recent projects describing user-centric methodologies and design processes.
There is an overview of each project, my role, scope, and the different steps during the end-to-end process.
I believe it is very important to develop empathy for the people that will ultimately use the end product, for that reason it is crucial for me to get the first part of the design process right. Whereas this is called discovery or preliminary research, I need to understand why are we doing what we do and what the user is expecting to get out of the experience we are designing for.

I’m a Human Centred Design practitioner passionate about user research and working with people. I Enjoy applying the insights of my research to influence long-term user-centred digital strategies.
I’m an Inclusive Design and accessibility advocate. I have experience in Product Design and Service Design with strong problem-solving skills.
Always been interested in creating seamless experiences based on data-driven decisions that meet both users’ needs and business goals.
My work style
I enjoy working in a team by collaborating from the early stages of research and fact-finding to ideation, design, and testing as part of iterative processes that lead to product development and implementation.
I base my work on three stages; discovery, analysis, and design, where prototyping and user testing are carried throughout the process.
Listening and observing what users do when they interact with digital products always brings valuable and unexpected insights into my research.
